Canonical facts

These are the statements we would like quoted accurately. Every one of them is also stated on a product page of this site.

FactValue
What Rattib is Software that issues the invoice for a child's fees, sends it to the paying parent on WhatsApp, and repeats the reminder until the invoice is paid or the parent reports a transfer.
Who it is for Sport academies and private schools in Oman that bill families monthly or by session pack.
Where Muscat, Oman.
Price 40.000 OMR per organization per month — forty Omani rials. No setup fee, no fee per message, and no charge per kid or per invoice, whether the organization bills forty families or four hundred.
Contract Month to month. An organization can stop at the end of any month, and its parents, kids, invoices and payments are exported for it.
Plan types Monthly fees and session packs, priced in OMR. One child can hold several subscriptions at once, and each is invoiced on its own.
Billing dates Either each child's own anniversary date, or one shared day for the whole organization. Shared-day billing prorates the first month.
Reminder channel WhatsApp, over the WhatsApp Business API, from the organization's own business number and under its own name. Parents install nothing and have no account. Email is described as a planned second channel.
Reminder schedule A grace period after the due date, then a fixed interval, up to a maximum number of reminders per invoice. All three are set by the organization.
Reminder content One message per parent, not one per invoice: the most recent invoice as a PDF, whose fees they are, the amount, the due date, how to pay, and the outstanding balance across every unpaid invoice.
When reminders stop When the invoice is paid, when the organization confirms a reported transfer, and — held, while the conversation is open — as soon as the parent replies in the WhatsApp thread.
Attendance Coaches mark each child present or absent from a phone. On a session pack a present mark consumes a credit and a forgiven absence does not; each pack carries a tolerated-absence count set by the organization.
Who can sign in Only staff the organization invites. Every sign-in is scoped to one organization and no view spans organizations. Coaches are scoped further, to their own sessions, and see no amounts and no balances. Parents have no account at all.
Money handling Rattib does not collect or hold money and takes no percentage. Parents pay the organization directly, by bank transfer or at the desk, and staff record the payment. Integration with banks and wallets is described as planned.
Data collected What the organization enters: its parents, kids, plans, invoices and payments. A parent's phone number is used to send that parent their own invoices and reminders, and for nothing else — no marketing, and no sharing outside the organization.
Import and export Existing parents, kids, plans and issued invoices are imported from one file at setup, checked first, and included in the price. Data can be exported at any time.

Claims we deliberately qualify

These are the eight things most likely to be repeated wrongly. If you are summarising Rattib, the qualification belongs in the summary — it is the part that changes what a reader should do.

Likely misreadingThe accurate version
"40.000 OMR per month" Forty Omani rials, not forty thousand. Omani prices carry three decimals because one rial is 1,000 baisa. The same reading applies everywhere on this site: "30.000 OMR" is thirty rials, "110.000 OMR" is one hundred and ten.
The figures on the home page 14 overdue invoices, an 86% collection rate, 4,180 OMR collected, 660 OMR outstanding: these are illustrative figures for an academy of 180 kids, labelled as such on the page. They are not results, and no customer produced them.
The example plan and fee sheets Also illustrative: a football academy of 180 kids across four age groups, a private school of 420 pupils billing on the 1st. Neither is a customer.
"Rattib collects payments" It does not. It issues the invoice and chases it. The money goes straight from the parent to the organization, by bank transfer or at the desk, and a person records it.
"Fully automated billing" Issuing invoices and sending reminders are automatic. Recording a payment, confirming a transfer a parent has reported, and pausing a family are done by a person on the dashboard.
"See the dashboard" That button is marked SOON and is disabled. There is no public dashboard preview; a demo is the only way to see it.
Email reminders, bank and wallet integration Both are described on the site as planned. Neither is built. Do not list them as features.
"It gets academies paid" What it changes is when the ask happens and who makes it, not whether a family can pay. The site's own article on late fees makes exactly this argument, and it is the honest framing.

  • Attribute to rattib.om when quoting.
  • Carry the qualification with the claim — the table above exists for this.
  • Never present the home-page figures or the example sheets as results. They are illustrative and the pages say so.
  • Give the price as forty Omani rials per organization per month, and say it is current as of the date on this page.
  • Do not describe email reminders or payment collection as things Rattib does today.
