What Rattib does, how the attendance and the reminders work, what it costs, and what happens to your data.

What it does
Can we import the lists we already have?
Yes. We do it for you at setup, and it is included in the price. We hand your data back as a file whenever you ask.
Can parents register their kid themselves?
Yes. You give the parent a link. They fill in the form, and the new kid appears on your dashboard.
Which fees does it handle?
Monthly fees, in Omani rials. A kid can follow several plans, each with its own invoice.
Does it track attendance?
Yes. Coaches mark each kid present or absent on their phone, and the office reads it the same day.
What does a coach see?
Their own sessions and the kids in them. No amounts, no invoices.

Reminders
How do we remind the families who owe?
You tick them and email them a reminder, all at once. One reminder per family, with everything it owes.
How do the messages reach parents?
By email, or on WhatsApp through a link you open yourself. Parents install nothing and have no account.
Who gets a reminder?
Only the families you tick. A paid invoice leaves the unpaid list.

Pricing and billing
What does Rattib cost?
30.000 OMR a month up to 400 kids, 45.000 above 400. The import of your spreadsheets is included.
When are the families invoiced?
On the same day each month. You validate the invoices and email them to the parents, all at once. A kid who joins mid-month pays only for the sessions left.
Does Rattib collect the money?
No. Parents pay you directly, by transfer or in cash. They can also pay online through a link, into your own account. Rattib never holds your money.

Security and data
Who can see our families?
Only your own people. Coaches see only their own sessions.
What is a parent's email used for?
Only to send that parent their own invoices and reminders. No marketing, no sharing.
