01

What it does

What does Rattib actually do?

It issues the invoice for every kid you bill, sends it to the paying parent on WhatsApp, and keeps reminding until the invoice is paid or claimed. You get one dashboard of what is owed, oldest overdue first.

What can we bill for?

Monthly fees and session packs, priced in OMR. A kid can hold several subscriptions at once, and each one is invoiced on its own.

Does it track attendance?

Yes. Coaches mark each kid present or absent, and on a session pack those marks consume the credits the family has paid for. Each pack plan carries a tolerated-absence count you set.

What does a coach see?

Their own sessions and the kids in them, on a phone. No amounts, no invoices, no parent balances.

02

Reminders

When does a parent get reminded?

After a grace period you set, counted from the due date. It then repeats at a fixed interval, up to a maximum you decide, and stops as soon as the invoice is paid or the parent says they have transferred.

What does the reminder say?

Whose fees they are, the amount, the due date, how to pay, and the invoice itself as a PDF — plus their outstanding balance if more than one invoice is open.

A parent has three kids with us. Do they get three reminders?

No. Each subscription is invoiced separately, but the parent receives one reminder: the most recent invoice, plus their outstanding balance across every unpaid invoice.

How do the reminders reach parents?

On WhatsApp, from your own business number and under your organization's name. Nothing to install, no account, no sign-in — and they can reply in the same thread.

Can we stop reminding one family?

It happens on its own: the moment a parent replies to the WhatsApp message, the reminders on that invoice are held, so nobody is chased while you are talking to them. They end for good once the invoice is paid or the transfer is confirmed.

03

Pricing and billing

What does Rattib cost?

40.000 OMR per organization per month. No setup fee, no fee per message, and no charge per kid or per invoice — the price is the same whether you bill forty families or four hundred.

Is there a contract?

It runs month to month. You can stop at the end of any month, and we export your parents, kids, invoices and payments for you.

When do invoices go out?

Either on each kid's own anniversary date, or on one shared day for the whole organization. Shared-day billing prorates the first month, so a kid who joins on the 20th is charged for what is left of the month.

Does Rattib collect the money?

Not yet. Parents pay you directly, by bank transfer or at the desk, and you record it in the dashboard — Rattib never touches your funds and takes no percentage. Integration with banks and wallets is planned.

04

Security and data

Who can see our families?

Only the staff you invite. Every sign-in is scoped to one organization, and there is no view that spans organizations. Coaches are scoped further, to their own sessions.

What are parents' phone numbers used for?

Sending that parent their own invoices and reminders. Nothing else — no marketing, and no sharing with anyone outside your organization.

Can we bring in the lists we already have?

Yes, and it is our job, not yours. At setup we import your parents, kids, plans and the invoices already issued from one file, check it before anything lands, and it is included in the price. Your data can be exported at any time as well.
