These terms govern the use of Rattib by an academy and by the staff it gives access to.
Rattib is operated by White Horizon, a company registered in Oman. It records an academy’s families, plans, attendance and invoices, and sends each parent their invoice and one reminder if it goes unpaid.
Rattib is not a payment processor. It records that an invoice is paid. The money passes between the academy and the parent.
An academy is responsible for who it gives access to, and for what they do with it. A password and a coach code are not to be shared.
Tell us at once if an account is used by someone who should not have it.
The academy decides what it records about its families, and answers for having the right to record it. It answers for the accuracy of what it enters, for the amounts it bills, and for the payment instructions printed on its invoices.
Messages go out through WhatsApp and are subject to Meta’s own rules. An academy that loses its WhatsApp number, or whose payment method Meta refuses, stops being able to send until it is fixed.
Rattib sends what the academy’s records say is owed. It never sends marketing.
The subscription is billed monthly, by tier of active children. The tier is read on the day the subscription is billed.
Fees are payable in Omani rial. An unpaid subscription suspends the account.
Rattib is provided as it is. We keep it running and back the database up, but we do not promise it is never down.
Rattib is not liable for the amounts an academy bills, for a payment a parent disputes, or for a message a carrier failed to deliver.
An academy can stop at any time. We can end an account that is used unlawfully or that goes unpaid. An academy that leaves can ask for its data before it is deleted.
These terms bind the academy and White Horizon. They are governed by the law of the Sultanate of Oman, and the courts of Muscat hear any dispute.
