These terms govern the use of Rattib by an academy and by the staff it gives access to. On this page, academy means the organisation using Rattib, whether it is a sports academy or a school.
Rattib is operated by White Horizon, a company registered in Oman. It records an academy’s families, plans, attendance and invoices, and sends each parent their invoice and their reminders when the academy asks it to.
Rattib is not a payment processor. It records that an invoice is paid. The money passes between the academy and the parent.
An academy is responsible for who it gives access to, and for what they do with it. Do not share a password or a coach code.
Tell us immediately if an account is used by someone who should not have it.
The academy decides what it records about its families, and answers for having the right to record it. It answers for the accuracy of what it enters, for the amounts it bills, and for the payment instructions printed on its invoices.
Messages go out by email. An academy that has connected its own WhatsApp number can also send through WhatsApp, under Meta’s own rules. It cannot send there if it loses its WhatsApp number, or if Meta refuses its payment method. Sending resumes once that is fixed.
Rattib sends what the academy’s records say is owed. It never sends marketing.
The subscription is billed monthly, by the number of active children the academy carries on the day it is billed.
Fees are payable in Omani rial. If a subscription goes unpaid, we can suspend the account.
We provide Rattib as it is. We keep it running and back up the database. It can still be down sometimes.
Rattib is not liable for the amounts an academy bills, for a payment a parent disputes, or for a message WhatsApp or the email service failed to deliver.
An academy can stop at the end of any month. We can end an account that is used unlawfully or that goes unpaid. An academy that leaves can ask for its data before it is deleted.
These terms bind the academy and White Horizon. They are governed by the law of the Sultanate of Oman, and the courts of Muscat hear any dispute.
