Define your plans

Monthly fees or session packs, priced in OMR, with a tolerated-absence count on packs. Subscribe a kid once — a kid can hold several subscriptions.

Invoices issue themselves

Bill each kid on their own anniversary date, or the whole organization on one shared day. Calendar billing prorates the first month.

Reminders do the chasing

After a grace period you set, the parent gets a WhatsApp message carrying the invoice. It repeats until the invoice is paid or claimed.

What the parent receives

One message at a time: Whatever a parent owes, they get a single reminder: the most recent invoice, plus their outstanding balance across every unpaid invoice.
It carries the invoice: The invoice goes out as a PDF, with how to pay.
It stops when you are paid: A claimed or confirmed payment ends the reminders straight away.
You set the rhythm: A grace period before the first reminder, a fixed interval after that, and a maximum count per invoice.
