The register is the invoice.

Academies sell sessions, not months. Rattib counts the sessions your coaches mark, invoices the next pack when the credits run out, and chases the payment on WhatsApp.

Where the money leaks

Packs that quietly expire

A ten-session pack ends somewhere in week five, and nobody notices. The kid keeps training on credits that no longer exist.

Attendance in three places

One coach keeps a paper sheet, another a WhatsApp group, a third remembers. At the end of the month nobody can say who owes what.

The founder does the chasing

Asking a parent for money is awkward, so it gets postponed. The awkwardness, not the family's budget, is what makes fees late.

Set up once

How an academy runs on Rattib

  1. Price your packs, and say how many absences you forgive

A pack is a number of sessions and a price in OMR. The tolerated-absence count is the rule you never get to state out loud today: two missed sessions are free, the third costs a credit. Monthly plans sit alongside packs for the squads that train year-round.

  2. Coaches mark the register on their phone

Each coach opens their own session, taps present or absent per kid, and that is the end of their involvement. They see no amounts and no balances, so nothing about a family's payments reaches the pitch.

  3. The pack runs down, the next one is invoiced

Every present mark consumes a credit; a forgiven absence does not. When the credits are gone, Rattib issues the next pack's invoice with the sessions it covers, so the parent sees exactly what they are buying.

  4. Reminders take over the awkward part

After the grace period you set, the parent gets one WhatsApp message with the invoice and their balance, repeated on your interval until it is paid. You never have to raise it at pickup.

A kid can hold more than one of these at a time. A U12 player who also does the goalkeeping clinic has two subscriptions, two invoice streams, and one parent who still receives one reminder.
