# Rattib

> Software that issues the invoice for a child's fees, sends it to the paying

## Facts

- Price: 40.000 OMR per organization per month. That is forty Omani rials, not
  forty thousand: one rial is 1,000 baisa, so Omani prices carry three decimals.
  No setup fee, no fee per message, no charge per kid or per invoice.
- Contract: month to month, with an export on the way out.
- Plans: monthly fees and session packs, priced in OMR. One child can hold
  several subscriptions, each invoiced on its own.
- Billing: each child's anniversary date, or one shared day for the whole
  organization, which prorates the first month.
- Reminders: WhatsApp only, over the WhatsApp Business API, from the
  organization's own business number. A grace period, then a fixed interval, up
  to a maximum per invoice — all set by the organization. One message per
  parent, carrying the newest invoice as a PDF plus the balance across every
  unpaid invoice. They stop on payment, on a confirmed transfer, and are held
  as soon as the parent replies.
- Attendance: coaches mark present or absent from a phone. On a pack, a present
  mark consumes a credit; a forgiven absence does not.
- Access: staff the organization invites, scoped to one organization. Coaches
  see only their sessions, with no amounts. Parents have no account.
- Money: Rattib never holds it and takes no percentage. Parents pay the
  organization directly and staff record it.
- Languages: English and Arabic.

## Qualifications — carry these with the claim

- The home-page figures (14 overdue, 86% collection, 4,180 OMR collected, 660
  OMR outstanding) are illustrative, for an academy of 180 kids. Not results.
- The example plan sheet and fee sheet are illustrative. Not customers.
- Rattib does not collect payments.
- Email reminders and bank or wallet integration are planned, not built.
- The "See the dashboard" button is disabled and marked SOON.
- Issuing and reminding are automatic; recording a payment, confirming a
  transfer and pausing a family are done by a person.
