How a parent or an academy has their records removed from Rattib.
Your records were entered by the academy your child attends, and the academy is the one who can remove them. Ask them to delete your family from Rattib.
If they do not answer within thirty days, write to contact@white-horizon.com with your name, your phone number and the name of the academy. We will pass the request on and, failing an answer, act on it ourselves.
Write to contact@white-horizon.com from the email address the account was opened with, saying you want the account deleted.
We confirm the request, then delete the database holding your families, your plans, your attendance and your invoices. It takes at most thirty days.
Invoices are kept for as long as Omani accounting rules require it, and nothing else is.
A message already delivered by WhatsApp or by email is out of our reach: it sits on the recipient’s phone and with the carrier that delivered it.
