How a parent or an academy has their records removed from Rattib. On this page, academy means the organisation using Rattib, whether it is a sports academy or a school.
Your records are held by the academy your child attends, and the academy is the one who can remove them. Ask them to delete your family from Rattib.
If they do not answer within thirty days, write to contact@white-horizon.com with your name, your phone number and the name of the academy. We pass the request on. If they still do not answer, we delete the records ourselves.
Write to contact@white-horizon.com from the email address the account was opened with, saying you want the account deleted.
We confirm the request, then delete your families, your plans, your attendance and your invoices. It takes at most thirty days.
Invoices are kept for as long as Omani accounting rules require it, and nothing else is.
We cannot delete a message already sent. It stays on the parent’s phone, and with WhatsApp or the email service that delivered it.
